Montclair R. Zaragoza currently leads the Service Advisors team of AutoNation, Lagos as Reception Supervisor. With over 10 years practical experience, Mon, as he is fondly called, demonstrates excellent customer service experience in the organizations he works with.

Mon started his career as a Service Advisor with Angus Motors Corp. in 1993. Thereafter, he join Nissan North Edsa in 1996, still as a Service Advisor. After over 5 years he moved on to Jaidah Motors & trading Co. (Chevrolet & Isuzu), Doha, Qatar as a Reception Supervisor. As Warranty Administrator, he was with Renault, Singapore from 2008 and became the Head of Warranty at Sino Motors Corp., Manila. Before joining AutoNation in 2013, he worked with Foton Balintawak, Manila as Service Advisor.

Today, at AutoNation, Mon is leading a team of experienced Service Advisors in delivering excellent customer experience to all callers and walk-ins. On a visit to our multi-brand automotive centre-AutoNation, you will definitely find Mon taking his rounds, checking to ensure that customer processes are the best in the market today. You have Mon to thank for the having all your vehicular concerns addressed beyond your expectations and for real time updates on progress of your vehicle. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in in Mechanical engineering and a vocational Diploma. He has attended numerous trainings and bagged certifications in Customer Service, Warranty Administration to mention a few.
